I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, and have experience in substance use treatment with adults and youth in both in-home and community settings. I have supported individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders using various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Natural Flow Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
