Our therapy session fees range from $175 to $200, depending on the type of session and the selected therapist.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, Aetna, Cigna, and United HealthCare. Credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Pay Pal are acceptable forms of payment. Receipts are given for fees paid.
Your first session is about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Life happens! We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time to someone else in need. We’ll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule. You will be charged $75 for an appointment canceled with less 24 hours.
The length of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. Some clients find relief in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.

Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. Everything you share is kept confidential, except in rare situations involving safety concerns. We’ll discuss these limits during your first session to ensure you feel informed and secure.
